Johann Christoph was born to Hans Hinrich Asseburg and Ilse Marie Mußmann on 30 Jul 1799.[1] Johann Christoph was baptised in Sievershausen on 4 Aug 1799, with witnesses Hans Wickenberg, Hans Hinrich Asseburg, Johann Hinrich Höper (Arpke) and Anne Ilse Boden.[2]

Johann Christoph (with father Johann Heinrich Asseburg from Schwüblingen part of Sievershausen) was married to Katharine Dorothee Elisabeth Schneidewind née Koch from Ahlden (whose father was Jürgen Friedrich Koch) in Linden on 26 Feb 1832.[3]

Auguste Christiane Henriette was born in late Feb 1833. She is the daughter of Johann Christoph Asseburg and Elisabeth née Koch.[4]

Johann Christoph Asseburg and Elisabeth née Koch had a daughter, Endine, christened on 19 Jul 1835.[5]

Daughter Auguste Christiane Henriette was buried 29 May 1836.[6]

Daughter Endine was buried on 4 Jun 1836 in Linden[7].

Johann Christoph (widower, son of Johann Heinrich Asseburg in Schwüblingen, born 30 Jul 1799) was married to Christine Magdalene Gewecke (daughter of Johann Heinrich Gewecke in Ahlten aka Ilten, born 1 Feb 1791) in Martinskirche Linden on 30 Feb 1838.[8]

Johann Christoph died in Linden on 19 May 1862, aged 62 years 9 months and 16 days. His parents were Häusling Johann Heinrich Asseburg and his wife Ilse Marie Mußmann in Schwüblingen (Sievershausen?).[9]
