Biography

Lily Astill was born to John Astill in 1868 or 1869.

On the 24th January 1891 when she was 22 and single she married a bachelor James Hadfield Cocker aged 27, the son of Thomas Cocker at the church of Hoy Trinity at Wicker near Sheffield.

She died at the age of 39 during the third quarter of 1907 at Kings Norton in Warwickshire.
