Biography
Elva Ruth Astle was born on July 27, 1929, in McGivney, New Brunswick, Canada. She was the daughter of Eldon Astle and Nettie Palmer her father, Charles, was 45, and her mother, Nettie, was 39. She married Ernest Robert Allison Phillips on July 26, 1955,[1] in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. She died on May 31, 1999, [2] in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, at the age of 69, and was buried in McGivney Community Cemetery, McGivney, York County, New Brunswick, Canada.[3]
