William was born in 1805. He was the son of Joseph Atack of Seacroft, collier, and his wife Sarah. He was christened on 25 Aug 1805 in Whitkirk, Yorkshire, England.[1]
He died in 1815 at the age of just 9 and was buried on 22 May 1815 in Whitkirk, Yorkshire, England.[2]
Research Notes
This death belongs to a different William Atack, born closer to 1801:
William died young and cannot have been the husband of Mary Woodhead or father to her children. That William, according to his census records, was born in Lofthouse in the Ardsley district of Leeds. For this reason, he has been detached from those profiles.
