Biography

Isabel Relyea Atchison was born in 1902 at Chicago, Illinois. She was the daughter of John Danley Atchison and Grace Relyea Abeel. ^[1] Isabel never married. She passed away in 1978 at District of Columbia.^[2]

Isabel had a twin sister, Grace, who died young.
