Biography
Genevia Jeune Atchley was born 13 Jun 1923 in Greer, Oklahoma, United States.
She was the daughter of Odie Corbett Atchley and Alice Jane (Hepler) Atchley. Sister of Octavia Lawana (Atchley) Kelly. She attended Russell High School and graduated from Mangum High School in Greer, Oklahoma.
Genevia married Bob Warren. Unfortunately he preceded her in death in the early 1970s. A resident of Greer County for most of her life, Jeune worked as a switchboard operator for Southwestern Bell, for several years before becoming a caregiver.
When her health began to fail, Genevia moved to Eunice, New Mexico to be near her great nephew and his family. Mrs. Genevia Jeune (Atchley) Warren passed away 23 Mar 2016 there in Eunice, Lea, New Mexico. She was buried however at the Roselawn Cemetery in Mangum, Greer County, Oklahoma, USA.
