Atkins-4938 and Atkins-325 appear to represent the same person because: This merge seems definitely worth considering, although I can't find sources to the identity of Robert Cade's wife (no will, guardianship papers, MilesFiles, checked FamilySearch & Ancestry. #1) Name -- Matilda is uncommon in this area and period (vs. Elizabeth, say!); #2) Rough deate and Accomack VA location of birth both match. 1692 is also an estimate, based on her being named in her grandmother's will. And we have nothing for 1695; #3) Father of A-4938 died in Sussex County, Delaware in 1722 while A-325 married in Sussex County a few years later (unsourced)
