Osbin Atkins was born on June 12, 1914, son of George Washington Atkins (1873–1953) and Martha Matilda Jane Raper (1884–1964).
His other children were:
Obe (21) married Mae Atkins (19) (born on August 7, 1916 in Monroe) on November 27, 1935 in Monroe.
Their daughter was Berta Atkins (~1945–~2005).
Obe died on November 8, 1985 in Madisonville, Monroe, Tennessee, United States, aged 71.
