Biography

Elizabeth was born in North Carolina about 1769.

She married her first husband, Zachariah Thompson, most likely in Nash County, North Carolina. He passed away about 1796. They had no children.

She then married Nathan Winfield (aka Wingfield). They had seven children including Mary (aka Polly), Martha, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Althea, Patience, and an unnamed son.[1]

Elizabeth passed away 01 Jul 1844 in Greene County, Georgia. Burial was in the Leslie-Winfield Family Cemetery, Liberty, Greene County, Georgia. [2]
