Elizabeth was born in 1842. She is the daughter of Lazarus Atkinson and Elizabeth Echols. In 1850, the family was living in Randolph County, Georgia.[1]
She married Joseph Franklin Gray in Texas in 1869[2], and had at least two sons - S. E. and Crofford. They were mentioned in their death records:
Crofford (aka Crawford) A. Gray, 08 Jul 1941 in Luling, Caldwell County, Texas,[3]
S. E. Gray, 20 Apr 1942 in Palestine, Anderson County, Texas[4]
Mrs E A Gray was mentioned on a memorial in Thompsonville Cemetery, Thompsonville, Gonzales County, Texas, United States with a death date of 3 April 1878.[5]
