The early years

Francis Atteberry was born on the 22nd of May 1905^[1] in Illinois to Jud Atteberry and Anna Avis. It is belived the siblings were:

• Francis Atteberry (1905-1975)^[2]
• Melvin Leroy Atteberry (1907-1949)^[2]

And possibly

• Mervin Atteberry (1926-?)

Family Life

He would first marry Opal Christina Hargiss^[3] on the 23rd of May 1926 in Illinois and they would divorce with no children.

He would later marry Clara Kidd on the 15th of Sep 1944 in Seattle, Washington^[4].

In 1930^[3] we find Christina and her family in a home rented for $18 a month on 644 E. Broadway in Alton^[7], Madison, Illinois. In the home are Lee working as a blacksmith 62, Mary 61, Christina Atteberry 22 and Hattie Frey 25. Both of the girls show married, but their spouses aren't accounted for in the census.

Death

He died on the 9th of Jun 1975^[1]in Modesto, Stanislaus, California and would be buried in the Acacia Memorial Park, Modesto, Stanislaus County, California^[2]
