Jim Atwater is a part of US Black heritage.

Jim was born about 1836.

Jim passed away in 1916 at the Florida State Hospital for the Insane in Chattahoochee, Gadsden County, Florida. He was a colored man, age about 80, but no other information has been found on him, his cause of death, place of birth, DOB or parentage. Burial was in the Florida State Hospital Cemetery, Chattahoochee, Gadsden County, Florida.^[1]
