ATWATER SERVICES TO BE HELD IN BOISE
Funeral services for George Edward Atwater will be held at the Summersfuneral home in Boise, Friday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock and burial willbe in Morris Hill Cemetery, Boise.
Mr. Atwater died late Tuesday night at a Boise hospital, where he wastaken two months ago for treatment. He was 84 years old. He issurvived by a daughter, Mrs. L. P. Biddick of Nampa, with whom he hadmade his home for the past ten years; a granddaughter, Fay MargaretAtwater of Long Beach, Cal.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. W.A. Ross; threestepsons; B.E., C.E. and R.E. Wyckoff, all of Boise.
He was born Novermber 10, 1851, at LaPorte, Ind., and from there movedto Nebraska, where he was in the mercantile business for many years atDecatur and Tekamah. He then moved to Yankton, S.D., where in Nov.1870, he married Eva Forbes of LaPorte, Ind. Later he moved toMeridian, Ida., where his wife died on October 6, 1915. June 23, 1918,he married Mrs. Phoebe Wyckoff, who died November 6, 1924
