Leonard Aubry, son of Martin Aubry and Marie Parde, was born on 20 Jan. 1893 and baptized on 11 March 1893. His birth and baptism were recorded at St. Martin of Tours, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana. [1] He appeared on the census of 8 June 1900 in the home of his parents at Police Jury Ward 1, Saint Martin, Louisiana.[2]
He married Rose (Labbe) Aubry, widow of his brother Martin, and daughter of Fernest Labbe and Marie DeKerlegand, about 1916.
He was a farm laborer when he and Rose appeared on the census of 10 Feb. 1920 at Police Jury Ward 1, St Martin, Louisiana.[3] He was a farmer when he and Rose appeared on the census of 7 April 1930 at Police Jury Ward 1, St Martin, Louisiana.[4] He was a farm laborer when he and Rose appeared on the census of 23 April 1940 at St Martin Parish, Louisiana.[5]
Leonard died on 16 July 1946 at Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.[6]
