Biography

Octave "Gustave" Aubry, son of Martin Aubry and Lucille Ozenne, was born on 7 Nov. 1830 and baptized on 10 May 1832, his birth and baptism were recorded at St. Martin of Tours, St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.^[1]

He married Eliza St. Julien on 17 Aug. 1857 in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.^[1]

He was a planter when he and Eliza appeared on the census of 28 July 1860 at Attakapas, Lafayette, Louisiana.^[2]

Octave died before 8 Feb. 1869 when Elisa remarried.
