Cecille Obuchon was born on 15 Mar 1815 to Joseph Obuchon and Marie Tiercerot at Florissant, Missouri Territory, United States of America.^[1] She was baptized on 17 Mar 1815 at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Florissant.^[1] Her godparents were her brother Pierre Obuchon and her cousin Cécile Crélis.^[1]

Cecille Obuchon died on 13 Jul 1815, just 2 days shy of the 4 month anniversary of her birth.^[2] She was buried the same day in the St. Ferdinand Catholic Church Cemetery in Florissant.^[2]
