Thomas was the son of Samuel Auchmuty and Mary King.
Thomas of Brianstown, captain 27th regiment of foot, married Isabella Gordon, daughter and heir of Colonel Archibald Gordon
Child
- Samuel of Brianstown, lieutenant-colonel of the Longford militia, and high sheriff in 1789. He married Elizabeth Domvile Savage, only daughter of Francis Savage, esq. of Bally Cawly, in the county of Sligo, and Bridget Pocklington.
He died in 1762.
