Evariste was born on January 25, 1813, in Assumption Parish, Louisiana, USA. He is the son of Firmin Aucoin and Pelagie Arceneaux. He was baptized on March 25, 1814. His baptism sponsors were Oliver Theriot and Clara Blanchard. [1]
Evariste died young, at the age of 8 years. He was buried on October 9, 1823 at Assumption Church.[2]
