Biography

Ann O'Quinn was born on 9 Dec 1871, and baptized on 4 Feb 1872 in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Sandy Point, Newfoundland. Her parents were Tassien Aucoin and Margaret LeBlanc[1]

Notes: She is assumed born in Stephenville, Newfoundland, as her parents were among the first Acadian families to settle there. Her last name spelling in the baptism record is likely an anglicization of her Acadian name.
