Biography

Elie Audet was born on May 24, 1815 in Isle-aux-coudres, son of Jean Baptiste Audet (1775–1869) and Antoinette Mailloux (1780–1876).

Elie Audet Lapointe married Susanne Thibodeau on 30 August 1841, in St. Basile, Madawaska, New Brunswick, Canada. They were the parents of 1 daughter, Virginie. ^[1] Susanne passed away at the young age of 24 years old, on 30 January 1844, leaving Elie a widower with 18-month-old daughter.
