Inquisitions dated 23 Nov 1392 relating to the manor of Tawstok name "Johanna another of the sisters of [Nicholas d’Audelee Chivaler]" and her grandson "John Tochet son of John" as heirs of Nicholas. The will of "Elizabeth Lady Audley", dated 30 Sep 1400, bequeathed property to “my...Lord Thomas the king’s son...my...niece Joan de Beaumond...to her marriage...Joan de Audley...”. m John Tuchet of Markeaton, Derbyshire (-killed in battle Rochelle 1371). Their grandson John Tuchet was summoned to parliament in 1405 as Lord Audley.
