Polly Aulls was born to Thomas and Ruth (Hand) Aulls on 5 Nov 1800 in Wheeler, Steuben, New York. She married Levi Strong Higby.[1]
Mr. Higby's gravestone carries the name "Livy". NEHGS used the same spelling.
Other researchers have spelled it "Levi". There are some entries for 1812 soldiers with both spellings and three ways to spell Higby.
She died on 11 Aug 1827 in Prattsburg, Steuben, New York.[2]
