Jane (Austen) Goodwin was born in Oxfordshire, England.
Jane was born in 1605, the daughter of John Austen of Tadmarton, Oxfordshire and his wife Susannah. She was baptised on 10 Nov 1605 at Tadmarton. [1]
In about 1625 she married John Goodwin of Epwell in Oxfordshire. [2]
Their first two children were baptised in Tadmarton, but all those following were born and baptised at Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Their family consisted of:

In 1638, Jane received a bequest from her father John.[3] Then in 1647 she received a bequest from her mother.[4]
