Samuel was born on 2 Oct 1698 in Dover Neck, Strafford, New Hampshire. He was the son of Thomas Austin and Ann (Otis) Austin.
He married Abigail Pinkham on 23 Nov 1727.
He died in 1776 in Sommerworth New Hampshire.
