"Rev. Thomas Odell... He m. (2) C1778, in Md., Grace "Gracey" Austin, who was b. Sep. 22, 1756, in Wales; d. July 6, 1835, Odell, Ind."
Find a Grave gives her birth date as 13 Oct 1757. I have used the date from Doliante (above) and marked it as uncertain.
Death
Her place of death, Odell, Ind., given in Doliante, was first settled in 1831 by John W. Odell (Wikipedia). I have not yet looked for the family connection between her husband Thomas and the first settler John W., but considering her date of death, it seems likely she came there with John, or shortly thereafter. She was widowed at that time, Thomas having died in 1827 in Ohio.
Burial
Salem Cemetery; Attica, Fountain County, Indiana, USA

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Gracey by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Gracey:
Data Doctor (Wales Project) - The birth date of Oct 13, 1757 found on the Find A Grave Memorial is likely from her headstone, which clearly shows her birth and death dates. Not sure where Sharon J. Doliante got her information, but I would think the actual headstone would be the better source. That said, I will leave it up to the Profile Manager(s) to determine which date to use.
