Cicero Holland Autrey was born on July 3, 1873, in Lawrence County, Mississippi, to Rheuben L. Autrey and Jane Autrey ^[1][2][3].

In 1880, Cicero (7) lived in Lawrence County, Mississippi, with his father Rheuben L. (38 - worked on a farm), his mother Jane (35 - worked at keeping house), his sister Malissa (16 - at home), his brother Jefferson M. (15 - worked on a farm), his sister Mollie (13 - at school), his sister Jennie (13 - at school), his brother Seymore (11 - name as spelled on the census and worked on a farm), his brother John (9), his brother Duncan (5), his sister Liddie (4), his brother Rheuben (3) and his brother Daniel A.
