Biography
Joyce was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on 8 November 1914. She married Robert Glenn Rath. Robert preceded her in death when he passed on 7 June 2008[1]. Joyce passed away in Richmond, Virginia on 10 January 2009 and was laid to rest with her husband Robert in Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond[2].
