Phillip Awbrey has Welsh ancestors.
Philip, or Phillip, was born about 1790, is the son of Samuel Awbrey and Rebecca.
He is mentioned in his father’s document in1809 when liquidating his assets to his children. Philip was living in Morgan County, Georgia in 1810.[1]
No other information is known.
