Biography

Thomas born March 23, 1923 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was the son of Mills Awbrey and Irene Snead Park.

In the 1930 census Tom (age 7) was the son of Mills Awbrey at 445 South Fifth Ave, Tucson, Pima, Arizona, United States.^[1]

Thomas registered for the WWII Draft on 30 June 1942 in Abilene, Taylor, Texas, United States.^[2] Thomas, son of Mills Awbrey & Awbrey, married Tommie Lee Boyd on 1 December 1942.^[3]

His obituary, copied to the Find a Grave memorial, states he joined the US Army Air Force and served in WWII, Korean Conflict and Vietnam. He retired as a Lt Col in 1972. He is survived by his spouse a son and 4 daughters.

Thomas was buried in Rest-Ever Memorial Park, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, United States with a death date of 3 November 1998.^[4]
