Biography
Oscar was born on 6 Nov 1862 in Pepin, Wisconsin. He was the son of MIlton Axtell and Emaline McMichael. On 11 Dec 1905, he married Bessie Idell (d/o George W. Moore and Addie L. Horner b. 14 Nov 1885). Oscar passed away on 16 Jun 1919 at Colonial Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota, and was buried at the Oakwood Cemetery, Pepin, Wisconsin.
