Biography

Percy was born 6 Aug 1880. He was the son of David Axtell and Carrie Vanschoyk. On 29 Aug 1913, he married Virginia Frances Woodruff in Broome, New York. He passed away in 1961.

Percy was a graduate of Cornell University, Ithaca, New York and worked as a veterinarian. He was a member of the American Veterinary Medical Society and Southern Tier Sociiety. He also served as a city meat inspector.
