Biography

Daniel was born on 16 Oct 1816 in Friendship, Allegany, New York. He was the son of Chauncey E. Axtell and Betsey (Morse) Axtell.

He married Lorena Jones in Feb in 1863.

He was a farmer and lived in Wilmington, Ill.

He died on 9 Feb 1886 in Riverton, Fremont, Iowa. He was buried in Riverton Cemetery.^[1]
