Lovina, daughter of Charles Axtell and Phebe Osterhout, was born on 16 Nov 1833 in Sanborn, Niagara County, New York.[1][2]
On 2 Jun 1851, Lovina married John Witmer in New York.[1]"[3] Together, the couple had children:[1]
- Albert H., b. Aug. 20, 1853, died.
- Frank M., b. March 3, 1855, died.
- Emma B., b. Feb. 11, 1864, died.
- Cora V., b. Jan. 12, 1868, m. -- Mye, residence, N. Tonawanda, N.Y.
- Ella May, b. July 4, 1870, died.
Lovina passed away on 26 Apr 1914 in La Salle, New York.[4]
Lovina was a member of the Church of Christ[1]
