Eleanor, daughter of Ebenezer Porter Axtell was born on 20 June 1862 in Massachusetts.^[1][2]

On 16 Mar 1921, Ella married Frank A. Nichols in Otsego, New York.^[3]

Ella passed away on 15 Apr 1926 in Edmeston, Otsego County, New York^[4], and was buried at Union Cemetery in Edmeston.^[5]
