Sarah married Rufus Truax (born 1811 in Virginia, United States). Their daughter was Selliner E Truax (1834–1915)
Sarah died in 1888 in Tuscarawas County, aged 78.[1] She is buried in Roxford Church Cemetery, Tuscarawas, Ohio
