Biography

Abigail Ayer was born on 8 Sep 1693 in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, daughter of Joseph Ayer (about 1659–about 1748) and Sarah Corliss (1664–1737).

Her siblings were:

Abigail married Dennis Meraugh (born 1688 in Coventry, Tolland; son of Dennis Meraugh (about 1651–1714) and Jane (Penley) Merraugh (1668– )). Their known children were:

Abigail died in Jul 1763 in Coventry, Tolland, Connecticut, aged 69. She was buried in Nathan Hale Cemetery, Coventry.[1]
