The following information comes from the book citing online transcription [1] "Arthur Aylsworth and his Descendants in America" by Homer Aylsworth. Peleg was born in 1749 to Chad and Mary (Wood) Aylesworth. He married Anna Cole in 1772. Peleg and Anna left Foster, R. I., in the Autumn of 1797, and settled in Edmeston, Otsego Co.. N Y. between the Wharton Creek and the Unadilla River, west of Edmeston Centre. They dwelt there until 1820, when they removed to the western part of the town of New Berlin, Chenango Co., NY. Peleg passed on Aug. 20, 1824.
