Peter was the son of Nicholas Aylward and Mary Kearney.
Peter married Anne Kearney, of New Ross, co. Wexford.
Children
- Nicholas John Patrick, of Shankill, bapt. 17 March, 1787 ; married 1805, Elizabeth Kearney, eldest daughter of James Kearney, of Blanchville, co. Kilkenny.
