Biography
Emery Richard Ayres was born on 24 Sep. 1892[1] at Manilla, Crawford County, Iowa, USA.[2] He appeared on the census of 12 June 1900 in the household of his parents, George S. Ayres and Emogene (Craig) Ayres, at Beemer, Cuming Co., Nebraska.[3] He appeared on the census of 26 April 1910 in the household of his parents at Basin, Boyd Co., Nebraska.[4] He lived in 1917 at Boyd Co., Nebraska.[2]
He married Viola May Miller[5] circa 1925.
He married Myrtle Mae Hicks.[5]
He was a farmer when he and Myrtle appeared on the census of 18 April 1940 at Pebble, Dodge County, Nebraska.[6]
He lived in 1974 at Oakdale, Antalope County, Nebraska. Emery died on 24 May 1975 [1]at age 82, probably in Antalope County, and was buried at Oakdale Cemetery, Oakdale, Antelope County, Nebraska. His memorial has a photo of his headstone and links to those of family members.[5]
