Francis Ayscough, of South Kelsey, Lincolnshire was the 3rd son of Sir Francis Aynscough and his 1st wife Elizabeth Hansard. He m. Elizabeth, da. of Thomas Ellis of Wyam.[1]

Research Notes

Ayscough seems to be the surname spelling for the Sough Kelsey Lincolnshire branch according to the History of Parliament, but they were also knows as Askew. Other families used the surname spellings: Aiskew, Ascough and Aynscough.
