Biography
John Aytoun, son of Andrew Aytoun of Dunmore and Elizabeth Wemyss of Pittnecrief married Agness Wemyss, a daughter of John Wemyss and Margaret (Otterburn) Wemyss [1]
He married Agnes, daughter of Sir John Wemyss of that Ilk.[2] They had issue:
- Andrew, his heir.[2]
- Margaret, m. George Seaton of Carriston 8 Nov 1581.[2]
- Katherine, m. George, eldest son of Andrew Paterson of Luthrie 7 Jul 1501.[2]
John died in Jul 1581.[2]
