Albert was born in 1871 to William W. Babcock and Catherine Elizabeth Rhodes. By 1900, he had moved with his family from Iowa to Nebraska, where he married at age 38 in 1910. By 1913, he moved his family to Missouri, where he spent the rest of his life. Albert passed away in 1938 at 66 years old.
