Before her marriage she made the trip to Bridgewater, Oneida County, New York, on horseback, with her four brothers. Returning to her home in Stonington, she was married to Peleg Brown, 19 Oct 1800. She then went with her husband in a carriage to Babcock Hill, Bridgewater, New York, where they made a permanent settlement [1].

  2. Amos Henry Brown (1805-abt.1880); married Susan Munroe
  3. Benjamin Franklin Brown (1807-1889)
  4. Lorenzo Sidney Brown (1809-1891); married 1) Elizabeth C. Brainard; 2) Laura B. Birdseye

Elizabeth (Babcock) Brown died 2 Jan 1871 in Bridgewater, New York. Her grave is in Fairview Cemetery, Bridgewater, Oneida County, New York, USA [3].
