Elizabeth Babcock was born in 1814 in Salisbury Parish, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of Henry Babcock (~1780–1842) and Eleanor Blakeney (~1790–~1832).
Elizabeth had a sister, Mary Elizabeth Babcock (~1818–~1886).
Elizabeth married James A. Kay (born on September 18, 1804 in Westmoreland County, New Brunswick; son of William Kay and Charity (Wheaton) Kay). Their known children were:
Elizabeth died about 1875, aged about 60. She was buried in Petitcodiac Baptist Cemetery, Petitcodiac, Westmorland County, New Brunswick.[1]
