Biography

Harland was the son of John Babcock and Dora Smith. He was raised in Eaton County, Michigan.[1] He married Teressa Naomi Maltby.[2] They had 1 child together:

The family lived in Lansing, Michigan.[3] Tressa and Harland divorced in 1918[4] and Harland married Sybil Grace Sutherland.[5] Their children were:
