Cyrus was born in 1817. He was the son of Cyrus Babcock.
He married at Sherman, Conn., Nov 1938, Maria Kellogg, w/children;
- Amarillis, b.1 May 1840, m. Phillip Smith
- Emily A., b.15 Sep 1842, m. George Hungerford.
He passed away in 1843.
