Biography
Arthur was born in 1849. He was the son of Samuel Babcock and Helen Hurlburt.
He married at East Hartford, Conn. 18 Dec 1873 Esther Brewer Babcock, w/children;
- Henry Arthur, b.11 May 1879
- Le Roy, b.16 Dec 1880, d. 30 Mar 1889
He passed away in 1898.
