Georges Leo Babin was the son of Guillaume Henri "William" Babin and Rose Aimee LeBlanc.[1]
He was born September 27, 1906 in Tusket Wedge, Nova Scotia[2][3], and was baptised September 30, 1906 at St. Michael's[1] in Tusket Wedge.[3]
He grew up in the family home located on the Richard Road in Tusket Wedge.[4][3]
He was a fisherman by trade working on the fishing schooners of Gloucester, Massachusetts.[1]
Georges Leo died December 18, 1986[1], and his funeral was held December 20, 1986 at St. Michael's[1] in Wedgeport, Nova Scotia.[3][5]
