Biography

John was born on 9 March 1919, in Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey, to John Badricki Babin and Martha Petrowich. ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]}

On 14 August 1937, he began working for Ray's Sunoco Station, Carlton Street, Elizabeth, New JErsey. On 8 September 1937, he applied for a social security number. He was living at 719 Grier Avenue, Elizabeth, New Jersey. ^[1]

On 19 February 1941, he enlisted in the US Army at Newark, Essex County, New Jersey. He had finished one year of college, and was an office clerk. He was not married, and was 70 inches tall and weighed 146 pounds. He was discharged on 11 November 1945. ^{[5] [4] [2]}

He married Margaret Jonas. They apparently had three children, including: ^{[6] [2]}

He died on 9 March 1983, in St Elizabeth Hospital (emergency department), Elizabeth, Union County, New Jersey. He was chief clerk at General Motors Assembly Division, Linden, New Jersey. He was living at 719 Grier Avenue, Elizabeth, Union County, New Jersey. On 12 March 1983, he was buried in Rosedale Cemetery, with his wife and their son John. ^{[2] [7] [8] [9]}
