Biography
Joanna Babson was born on 20 Mar 1799[1] in Sedgwick, Hancock, Maine, daughter of Abraham Babson (1761 - 1839) and Ruth Lufkin (1769 - 1817).
Joanna married Richard Wells , son of William Carroll Wells and Mary Herrick, on 2 Nov 182[2]4 in Sedgwick. Their children were:
- John Shurburth Wells (1829 - 1919)
- Louise Maria (Wells) Stanley (1831 - 1873).
Joanna died about Feb 1842 in Hancock Co. aged ~42.
